The View Certificate page shows the details for the currently installed certificate. Of particular note is the Validity Not After date, highlighted below, which is the date the certificate expires. You'll need to renew your certificate and reinstall it before that date in order to allow SOAP/AM Server to continue supporting HTTPS.
